Common issues:

all	I LOST MY NETSNAP ID AND LICENSE NUMBER 1
v1.1.5 and older	"Unsupported Operation" message while running registration wizard
	On loss of connection the "Reestablish Connection" dialog is displayed and NetSnap does not redial until I close that dialog
all	The caption on my images seems out of focus
all	NetSnap will not dial into an AOL connection
all	I am behind a firewall and the announcer will not connect to the server
all	When clicking the start button the message "Unsupported video format" is displayed
1.1.7 and older	While uploading via FTP, NetSnap may appear to hang or freeze
1.1.11	Push applet limits # of frames sent
1.1.7-1.1.11	"Unable to contact Lookup Server" message while HTTP disabled
