While uploading via FTP, NetSnap may appear to hang or freeze

This problem may occur especially often with FTP servers which are very slow. To rectify this problem:

1. Download the latest version of NetSnap (at least version 1.1.11)
2. If you are using the scheduler to schedule connnections, make sure that the FTP upload interval on the configuration page is set to twice the amount of time compared to the connect time in the scheduler.  EG. If you upload every 30 minutes using the scheduler, set the connect interval to 30 minutes, a connect duration of about 3-4 minutes, and an FTP upload interval of about 8 minutes (480 seconds).

The above procedure will prevent the FTP client from trying to upload another image before the connect interval is elapsed and it will allow for relatively slow servers.
