I Lost my NetSnap ID and License Number !

Rule #1 - Always keep backups of your e-mails, important numbers, and files!

Rule #3 - Keep moving forward by backing up!

If you did not follow the above rules, at least for NetSnap, there is a way to recover your license number. Simply specify the e-mail address you used to register your copy of NetSnap and hit the submit button. You will receive an e-mail with your NetSnap License Number shortly after you submit this request.

Make sure you spell your e-mail address correctly and that you use the same e-mail address that you used to register NetSnap (Some people can't remember their e-mail address - makes you wonder doesn't it?).
