Push Applet appears to limit # of frames

There is a bug in v2.2 of the Java Push applet which was distributed with version 1.1.11 of NetSnap. The bug causes the push applet to deliver a default of only 15-20 frames if the max parameter to the applet was not specified.

You can download v2.3 of the Push Applet by clicking here. In this version omitting the max parameter causes the applet to transmit without limit (unless limited on the NetSnap server configuration).

Instructions:

After downloading the file push23.zip extract the files into the NetSnap data folder. You can open this folder through Start | Program Files | NetSnap | Pages. Stop and Restart NetSnap. Your browser should now load the new applet, although some browsers may use an older cached copy until the cache times out. You may wish to clear out your browsers cache if after updating these files the applet continues to sign on with a version # that is older than 2.3.
