"Unsupported video format" error message when starting NetSnap services

This message is displayed when NetSnap detects that the video format supplied by the camera driver is not compatible with the compression encoder used by NetSnap. Go to the Options | Image Quality menu to start your camera image format dialog box. Each camera manufacturer supplies their own dialog here. Typically, you want to select an image format of 16 or 24 bit RGB. Some cameras use the phrase 15 bit RGB instead of 16 bit RGB.

If it is not obvious which setting to use, try the various options until you find one that works. Most cameras will provide 16 bit or 24 bit RGB images.
